Dahlia Health

Dahlia Health gives teens the health answers, support, and care they actually want by combining smart AI with real human guidance to help them grow up feeling healthy, confident, and in control.

Dahlia Health is a new kind of care platform built to help teens feel at home in their bodies and minds. We offer AI-powered health guidance, near-peer mentorship, and virtual care for hormonal, mental, and nutritional health. Designed for teens ages 13 to 19, Dahlia meets them on their terms with answers that make sense, support that feels real, and care that actually fits their lives. Since launching in 2025, we’ve supported teens across the country, built a nationwide Teen Advisory Board, and partnered with pediatricians to bring teen-first care to more families.

Product Specs

Dahlia Health combines AI guidance (Daisy), near-peer mentors (Bloom Buddies), and access to trusted virtual care. Teens can ask questions anonymously, get personalized support, and connect to real humans when they need more help. Whether they are dealing with anxiety, navigating puberty, or confused by conflicting health advice, Dahlia gives them a safe place to feel seen and take action. We are growing fast through partnerships with families, schools, and pediatricians. Our Teen Advisory Board helps shape every part of the experience.
