We serve Medicaid members eligible due to their foster status, often including children in foster care, adopted youth, young adults aging out, and those in family preservation or juvenile justice. Launching services in Summer 2025, our trauma-informed clinicians specialize in child welfare, and our comprehensive model ensures continuity across placements, reducing avoidable ER visits, preventing crises, and driving significant cost savings for states and managed care organizations.

Michelle Turner
Michelle Turner, founder and CEO, brings a deep understanding of both the child welfare and healthcare systems, shaped by years as a foster parent to more than 40 children, a CASA volunteer, and a healthcare executive. She has held leadership roles across community and global health, including at an FQHC, as Executive Director of a global telehealth nonprofit, and as a Vice President at Hazel Health, where she helped scale school-based virtual care nationwide. Throughout her career, she has focused on building clinical programs that meet kids and families where they are- and when they need it most.
