Taylor Rose
Taylor Rose is the CEO and co-founder of Kinstead Health, a care platform focused on adolescent health. She began her career at McKinsey & Company and later worked in hospital administration at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Taylor has supported multiple early-stage healthcare startups and led the first seed-stage impact investment at Roivant Social Ventures. She was also a part of the team behind the McKinsey & World Economic Forum report on the $1 trillion women’s health gap. Despite her experience, Taylor’s own PCOS diagnosis was missed for over a decade, fueling her mission to build a healthcare system that actually listens to teens. She holds degrees from MIT and Wharton.
Parth Chodavadia, MD
Parth Chodavadia, MD is the COO and Co-Founder of Kinstead Health. He is a doctor-turned entrepreneur who has spent his career focused on building better health outcomes for adolescents. Trained as a physician, Parth brings a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of care delivery, with a strong focus on user-centered design. Before Kinstead, Parth led the growth of the Digital Diagnostics division at PathAI. Parth has published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on adolescent health and mental health. He has also developed strategies to promote women's and adolescent health at the Gates Foundation and served clients across the healthcare ecosystem at McKinsey. Parth received his MD from Duke University School of Medicine. At Kinstead, Parth oversees product, operations, clinical protocols, and patient experience.
