Christie Sander is the Co-Founder, President & COO of Kismet Health, bringing over 15 years of experience leading operations and scaling innovation at startups and global tech companies including Apple, Nest, Google, and IBM. As an early employee at Nest, she led pivotal cross-functional initiatives and post-acquisition integration at Google, delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Christie has a track record of launching and scaling first-of-kind products across strategy, supply chain, and people functions, with a deep commitment to building mission-driven teams. After surviving a life-altering accident in 2021, she gained renewed clarity and purpose -- fueling her passion to transform healthcare delivery. In late 2022, Christie co-founded Kismet Health with Dr. Cierra Gromoff to bring human-centered, AI-powered care to families everywhere. Together, they blend clinical and tech expertise to bridge gaps in care and build a future where timely, quality healthcare is accessible to all.
Dr. Cierra Gromoff
Dr. Cierra Gromoff is a nationally recognized telehealth innovator with over a decade of experience designing scalable virtual care programs across hospitals, schools, and public and private sectors. Specializing in child and family health, she blends clinical expertise with technology to improve access and outcomes. As a Native Alaskan raised in a remote village, Cierra’s early experiences and professional work with families facing barriers to care fuel her commitment to equity in healthcare. She has been named a 2023 Rock Health Innovation Fellow and a 2024 Aspen Ideas: Health Fellow, and has spoken at national forums including Cornell Tech and AscendRural on responsible, equitable applications of AI in care delivery.
