Product Specs

Navi's web application hosts a library of 10 minute or less mini activities that target every day challenges and result in the co-creation of an action plan. Navi's short activities are known clinically as Single Session Interventions (SSIs), which means each was designed to have stand alone maximum impact - unlike other wellbeing apps that require continuous engagement over a period of weeks. One SSI can reduce hopelessness, improve overall wellbeing, and spur long-term positive change.
