Psyflo

Psyflo is an AI-native platform that notices when therapy is going off track for young people and helps providers re-engage them before they quietly drop out of care.

Psyflo is an AI-native platform for outpatient behavioral health that closes the loop on patient disengagement -- starting with the group most likely to slip away: young people. Psyflo senses how therapy is actually going between sessions, flags young patients who are drifting or at risk of leaving, and gives providers evidence-grounded guidance to act, all with zero added data entry. Founded by two people who each dropped out of therapy without anyone noticing, Psyflo exists to make the quiet struggle impossible to miss.

Deanna Oliver

Deanna Oliver is the CEO and Co-Founder of Psyflo. Raised in Kansas City, she built her career on noticing who systems overlook — especially young people whose struggles don't show up in the data until it's too late. She trained in public health and data science (M.S., MPH; NYU and Cornell) and led the data analytics product behind a $15M consumer business at Labcorp, where she learned that data only matters when it reaches someone who can act in time. She founded Psyflo after dropping out of therapy herself and realizing no one — and no system — had noticed. At Psyflo she leads product, clinical design, and data architecture, with a focus on building tools that hear young patients even when they've gone quiet.

Shravan Hans

Shravan Hans is the COO and Co-Founder of Psyflo. His journey began in finance — trained at Oxford, he led over $200M in transactions at Santander while managing a $300M+ portfolio — but ultimately pivoted toward purpose, driven by the belief that mental health care should be proactive, accessible, and built around the people who need it most. Like his co-founder, he left therapy without anyone reaching out, an experience that convinced him that keeping young people engaged in care is both a clinical outcome and the economic engine of behavioral health. At Psyflo, he brings institutional financial discipline to a problem too often treated as unmeasurable, leading operations, finance, and go-to-market so that care teams can identify needs earlier, support young patients before challenges escalate, and build healthier communities.
